Rafael Casas is the Vice President of Business Development at Bitwave. He has almost 20 years of Fintech business development, consulting, and advisory experience, building products, and designing and implementing complex, business-critical applications for SMB and Enterprise companies globally. Rafael is an experienced Principal Consultant with substantial experience in Business Process Improvement, Business Analysis, Agile Methodologies, and Product Management. He has a high degree of functional and technical knowledge in the latest ERP, RPA, CRM, SaaS, Business Intelligence, and Billing technologies. Extremely passionate about Customer Success and Innovation. Experience with HCM, Payroll, Financials, and Supply Chain for several different lines of businesses across the globe.
